Our client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Nurse to join their growing team in Dubai.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Veterinary Nurse who enjoys being hands-on across all areas of clinical practice and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

You will play an important role throughout the patient journey, from consultations and preventative healthcare through to theatre, recovery and inpatient care. The role also provides the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to nurse-led services.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the veterinary team across triage, consultations, diagnostics, theatre and recoveryMonitoring patients during anaesthesia and assisting with surgical proceduresProviding high-quality inpatient and hospital careSupporting routine consultations and preventative healthcareRunning nurse-led clinics covering wellness, nutrition, weight management, dental and post-operative careEducating pet owners on preventative healthcare and ongoing patient needsProviding calm and compassionate support to nervous or distressed animalsSupporting continuity of care through follow-up and personalised care plansMaintaining high standards of animal husbandry and patient welfareEnsuring strong standards of infection control, biosecurity and clinical hygieneManaging clinical stock and helping maintain an efficient and well-organised practice

About You

The successful candidate will have:

A recognised veterinary nursing qualificationEligibility to practise as a Veterinary Nurse in the UAEStrong clinical experience across anaesthesia, theatre, diagnostics and inpatient careConfident patient-handling and monitoring skillsThe ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a busy clinical environmentA warm, patient and compassionate approach to both animals and their ownersStrong communication and client-care skillsA genuine interest in preventative healthcare and client educationA team-focused approach and willingness to support colleaguesA commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical care, hygiene and patient welfare
