Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing team in Dubai.

The Role

You will provide comprehensive first-opinion veterinary care across a broad range of general practice services, including:

Wellness examinations and preventative healthcareVaccinations and life-stage healthcareDiagnostic investigations and internal medicineDentistry and routine dental proceduresRoutine soft-tissue surgeryUrgent and same-day careDiagnostic imaging and interpretationAbdominal and point-of-care ultrasonographyBuilding long-term relationships with patients and their ownersProviding clear, honest and compassionate guidance to pet ownersRecognising when referral or specialist input is appropriateProviding compassionate end-of-life care and supporting families through difficult decisions

You will be encouraged to take ownership of your patients' care and provide proactive, preventative medicine rather than focusing solely on individual consultations.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

A recognised veterinary degreeEligibility to register with MOCCAE and practise as a veterinarian in the UAEA minimum of 5 years' post-graduation veterinary experienceStrong general-practice experience across internal medicine, dentistry and routine soft-tissue surgeryConfident diagnostic imaging skills, including abdominal ultrasound and radiographic interpretationExperience with point-of-care ultrasoundEchocardiography experience would be highly desirableExcellent communication and client-care skillsA genuine interest in preventative medicine and continuity of careA compassionate and empathetic approach to patients and their ownersA collaborative, team-focused attitudeA commitment to maintaining high clinical standards
