We’re partnered with a high-volume hospitality operation in Burbank looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their leadership team.

This is a hands-on role for a strong hospitality leader who knows how to run a busy floor, develop a team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead daily front-of-house operationsOversee service and ensure consistently high guest standardsLead, coach, and develop managers and front-line team membersCreate a strong culture focused on hospitality and accountabilityMonitor sales, guest feedback, and key performance metricsSupport training and onboarding across the operationMaintain service, cleanliness, and operational standardsHelp drive an energetic, welcoming guest experience

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership roleStrong background in high-volume elevated restaurantsConfident running a busy service and making decisions under pressureStrong understanding of labor, scheduling, and restaurant operationsGuest-focused with a genuine passion for hospitalityOrganized, polished, and hands-on
