We're looking for compassionate, resilient, and proactive Support Workers to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

Build trusting relationships with individuals with complex needs Provide emotional and practical support tailored to each person Help people access healthcare, housing, benefits, and other services Work collaboratively with local partners and agencies Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans

About You:

Experience working with vulnerable adults A non-judgmental, empathetic approach Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A full driving licence and access to transport is desirable
