Job Title: Onsite Recruitment Account Manager
Location: Lutterworth
Salary: £30-35k p/a
Additional Earning: Performance Bonus
Working Hours: Full-time hours - Monday to Friday with some on-call required
Ignition Driver Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Onsite Recruitment Account Manager, to be based at our client site in Lutterworth. You will be working from a newly built office facility on our clients site.
Your own full UK driving licence is essential, as travel to client sites will be required.

Oversee the day-to-day operations across both Skygate and Lutterworth client sitesManage the driver/worker pool across both sites Manage daily shift bookings and ensure sufficient worker coverage against client requirementsConfirm workers for scheduled shifts and communicate shift detailsManage changes to shift start times, requirements and worker allocationsMonitor daily attendance and identify any gaps in coverageManage the end-to-end recruitment process for both sitesSource and attract new workers to support growth and ongoing requirementsEnsure all workers are fully compliant before being allocated to workMonitor outstanding compliance requirements and take action to resolve any issuesManage worker availability and maintain an accurate, up-to-date worker poolMonitor changes in client volumes and proactively adjust worker requirements accordinglyPlan for and manage peak periods, including additional recruitment and worker requirementsRespond to and resolve day-to-day requests from the client's Transport OfficeMaintain regular communication with the client regarding staffing, operational requirements and any issuesManage and resolve worker-related issues arising during day-to-day operationsMonitor service levels and ensure all client requirements are metIdentify operational issues or potential risks and escalate where requiredMaintain accurate records of bookings, worker allocations, compliance and operational activityWork closely with internal Recruitment, Compliance, Payroll and Operations teams to ensure the sites run effectivelyPlease note that whilst this role is mostly managing HGV drivers, there may be some requirement to deal with warehousing flex-employees also.
