Pay: £13 - £13.75 p/h

Hours: Full Time / Part-Time & Bank available!

A specialist children's residential service is looking for a caring and dedicated Residential Support Worker to join its team.

The role involves providing day-to-day care, emotional support and therapeutic guidance to children and young people, helping them build confidence, develop life skills and achieve positive outcomes in a safe and nurturing environment.

You will work closely with the wider team to understand each child's individual needs and provide consistent, compassionate support.

Company cars are provided for use whilst on shift, candidates must have a full UK driving licence.

About You:

Full UK driving licencePrevious experience in residential childcare with complex needs/learning disabilityLevel 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or working towardsPassion for nurturing the potential of young peopleUnrestricted UK Right to Work required; no visa sponsorship available.
