Student Recruitment Assistant

In the Student Recruitment Assistant role, you will:
Building and maintaining relationships with schools, colleges and community organisationsRepresenting the organisation at recruitment events, careers fairs and open daysDelivering presentations and provide information to prospective students and stakeholdersSupporting the planning and delivery of recruitment campaigns, events and outreach activitiesMaintaining accurate records, CRM data and recruitment reportsTo be considered for the Student Recruitment Assistant role, you will need:
Previous administration, recruitment, marketing or engagement experiencePrevious experience organising events or engagement activitiesExcellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience providing high levels of customer service and stakeholder engagementGood IT skills, including experience using databases or CRM systemsA flexible approach to work, including occasional travel, evening and weekend working to support events and activities
This is a temporary role up until 31st December 2026, working full time (Monday to Friday), on an hourly rate of £14.00 benefits, where you'll be office based in Wrexham. Please note, this position is subject to a DBS disclosure.
