Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Residential Support Worker, you will:
Provide high-quality day-to-day care
Build trusting relationships with young people
Offer emotional support and encouragement
Support routines and personal development
Encourage independence and positive choices
Participate in activities and community experiences
Support education and appointments
Follow care plans and safeguarding procedures
Maintain accurate records
Work collaboratively with colleagues
Complete sleep-in duties
