Ready to step beyond a single-site Sous Chef role?

I'm recruiting a Group Sous Chef to support a growing contract catering portfolio across the Midlands and wider UK.

You'll be the number two within the culinary team – travelling between sites, developing chefs, supporting events, live cooking and helping improve food standards across the business.

The Role

Support chefs across multiple sitesTrain and develop kitchen teamsDeliver live cooking and food demonstrationsSupport events, projects and new openingsHelp develop menus and food conceptsProvide hands-on chef cover when neededDrive consistency and food standards

About You

Strong Sous Chef, Senior Sous or Development ChefMulti-site or large-scale catering experienceUniversity/education catering would be a great fitComfortable with busy, multi-outlet operationsStrong fresh-food backgroundConfident training and developing chefsPositive, hands-on and happy to travel
