Central London | £40,000–£45,000 + Commission

A prestigious luxury jewellery brand, known internationally and especially well-established in the Middle East, is opening a new flagship boutique in London. We're looking for a refined, client-focused Sales Associate to join the launch team and deliver an exceptional in-store experience to high-end clientele.
What you’ll be doing:
Acting as a true ambassador of the brand, welcoming and advising VIP customersBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with a high-net-worth client baseWorking closely with the Boutique Manager to support daily operations and uphold the brand's standardsAssisting with events, private appointments, and concierge partnershipsBringing energy, poise, and professionalism to every client interactionWhat we’re looking for:
Experience in luxury retail or jewellery, ideally with an existing client bookWarm, polished communication and a passion for hospitality-level serviceA natural networker with a genuine interest in fashion, jewellery, and refined retailUnderstanding of the Middle Eastern market is a plusPrevious experience with luxury brands such as Cartier, Tiffany, or Chanel is highly desirableWhat’s on offer:
