Executive Assistant - Fixed Term Contract to December 2027
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and making a real difference?
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leaders managing a high-profile incident response programme. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of important work that directly impacts communities across Great Britain.
You'll provide trusted support through effective inbox and diary management, coordinating meetings and actions, and helping senior leaders stay focused on the priorities that matter most. Working with colleagues, customers, public bodies and elected representatives, you'll play a key role in keeping information flowing and ensuring critical issues are handled quickly and professionally.
About You
You'll have:Experience supporting a Director or other senior leaderExcellent diary and inbox management skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholdersThe ability to remain calm and effective when priorities changeSound judgement and discretion when handling sensitive informationA proactive, collaborative approach
