CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical biased Technical Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management organisation.

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery of FM maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites, ensuring all planned and reactive works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

This is a hands-on supervisory role, requiring a strong maintenance background alongside the ability to manage engineers, subcontractors and client relationships.

Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of M&E/Fabric Engineers across the contractPlan, allocate and monitor planned preventative and reactive maintenance activitiesCarry out electrical maintenance, fault finding and minor installation works where requiredEnsure all electrical works are completed safely and in accordance with current regulations and client proceduresMonitor engineers' performance, quality of work and productivityCoordinate subcontractors and specialist contractorsEnsure all PPM and reactive maintenance tasks are completed within agreed timescalesReview completed works and ensure maintenance records and documentation are accurate and up to dateCarry out site inspections and audits to ensure standards are maintainedSupport the Contract Manager with technical issues, reporting and operational requirementsParticipate in an on-call rota where required
Requirements
Qualified Electrician with a recognised Level 3 electrical qualification or equivalent with 18th Edition Wiring RegulationsPrevious experience in an Supervisor/Team Leader/Senior Electrical Engineer positionStrong knowledge of electrical maintenance and fault findingExperience supervising engineers and/or subcontractorsFull UK driving licence if the role involves travel between sites
