The successful candidate will support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the venue, leading and developing a large team, maintaining excellent service standards, managing rotas and P&L, and supporting events and wider commercial activity.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as an Assistant General Manager, Deputy Manager or similarExperience within a high-volume restaurant, bar or hospitality environmentStrong people leadership and team management skillsA hands-on approach and excellent service standardsCommercial awareness, including experience with P&L and rotasThe confidence and energy to lead a busy operation
