Senior Marketing Manager – Hospitality Group - £65,000
Location: 3 days in Brighton / 2 days in London (must be able to commute)

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join an exciting hospitality business and take ownership of its marketing across the full 360° mix. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take a strategy and actually make it happen. You’ll be working closely with the Sales team and will be a key link between Sales and Marketing, helping shape the overall marketing direction while getting stuck into the delivery. We’re looking for someone with a strong hospitality background who understands the pace, commercial pressures and customer journey that comes with working across restaurants, bars or the wider hospitality industry.

The Role:

Developing and delivering the overall marketing strategyWorking closely with Sales to align marketing and commercial activityManaging digital marketing activity and campaignsOverseeing paid advertising and performance activityLeading brand marketing and ensuring brand consistencyCreating and delivering commercial campaignsSupporting and managing social media activityLooking at customer journeys and identifying opportunities to improve engagement and conversionManaging multiple projects and campaigns from idea through to executionWorking across different brands and audiences to ensure marketing activity delivers commerciallyUsing data, insight and performance to shape future activity

About You:

Strong experience within hospitality marketingA genuine 360° marketing backgroundStrong commercial awareness and an understanding of the customer journeyExperience working across multiple brands would be highly desirableThe ability to move between strategic thinking and getting hands-on with deliveryStrong stakeholder management skills, particularly when working with Sales and commercial teamsThe confidence to take ownership and make things happen
