Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid Working)

The Client:

Our client is one of the leading design & marketing agencies in UK offering brand-building, and campaign activity to their clients while delivering a satisfactory customer experience.

The Role:

You will report directly to a designated Account Manager to ensure that the client projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Responsibilities:

? You will ensure the clients advertising campaigns, both offline and online are managed on a daily basis
? Managing marketing schedules for designated clients on a daily basis
? Communicate the client's needs to the creative team
? Liaising closely with internal teams to ensure work for clients is completed on time and to budget
? Respond to all client requirements in a timely and efficient manner
? You will manage all invoicing for designated clients
? Use Synergist to manage all jobs
? You will be responsible for the management of Synergist contacts


Requirements:

? Have a degree in Marketing, Business or any other similar degree related to marketing
? Previous experience of client management, supporting clients directly in a service-provision organisation
? Experience of invoicing and quoting processes
? Experience of liaising with a number of different stakeholders
? Previous experience working for a Marketing Agency(desirable)
? An understanding of GDPR and relevant legislation
? Have a keen interest in marketing
