Looking for flexible work that fits around your week?
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable Lettings Viewing Agent to join a small, established property team. You’ll show prospective tenants around rooms and properties across Zones 2–6, mainly during evenings and weekends.
No previous lettings experience is required, full training and shadowing will be provided.
The Role
You’ll meet prospective tenants at properties and help them decide whether a room or property is right for them.
Your responsibilities will include:
Meeting applicants at properties and showing them aroundRunning open days at newly acquired housesProviding same-day feedback on everyone you meetFollowing up with applicants who liked a property but haven't yet appliedCollecting and returning keys or using key safesTravelling across several London boroughs within Zones 2–6The wider team handles the advertising, pricing and referencing, while your role is focused on delivering a great viewing experience and helping turn interest into successful lets.
What We're Looking For
No previous lettings experience is required. What matters most is your personality, reliability and ability to connect with people.

Friendly, approachable and comfortable meeting new peopleReliable and punctualHappy to learn and take directionAvailable for some evenings and at least one weekend dayAble to travel across Zones 2–6Legally entitled to work in the UKYou’ll receive training on the properties, applicant qualification process and viewing requirements, plus shadowing before running your own viewings.
What You’ll Earn
£400 basic monthly payment, covering travel across Zones 2–6 and your committed availability£120 for every room successfully letNo cap and no target — the more rooms you let, the more you earnRoom fees are paid once the tenant moves in and their first month’s rent clearsExample earnings:

This is self-employed work rather than traditional employment. You’ll invoice monthly and manage your own tax and National Insurance.
You can continue working with other clients, and the role can be undertaken through your own limited company or as a sole trader.
