We are recruiting for a Chef de Cuisine to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Edinburgh.

This is a senior kitchen leadership role with a strong focus on Meeting & Events, alongside Afternoon Tea, In Room Dining and the staff restaurant.

The role Lead a team of around 18 chefsOversee Meeting & Events across multiple function spacesDeliver events ranging from intimate functions to dinners for 280 and standing events for up to 400Oversee a busy Afternoon Tea operation with 100+ covers regularlyWork alongside the Executive Chef on menus and culinary developmentManage kitchen standards, food costs, ordering and team developmentWork across a complex hotel operation with multiple satellite kitchens About you

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef, Chef de Cuisine or strong Senior Sous Chef who is ready for their next step.

You will need:

Luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experienceStrong Meeting & Events or banqueting experienceExperience leading a sizeable brigadeExcellent food and menu development skillsStrong commercial and organisational abilityA genuine passion for developing and leading a team

This is an opportunity to step into a senior role within a high-profile luxury hotel and take ownership of a diverse culinary operation.
