If you have agency recruitment experience, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by winning business, making placements and earning uncapped commission, this could be your next move.

What we’re looking for

You’re ambitious, commercially minded and enjoy making things happen.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Previous agency recruitment experienceExperience within hospitality, retail or other service sectors is a strong advantageA natural ability to build relationships and communicate with peopleA self-starter mentality and the ability to manage your own deskStrong business development skills, including generating leads and winning new clientsConfidence negotiating contracts and developing client relationshipsThe ability to manage a large existing database while handling a high volume of applications and enquiriesA genuine drive to build a successful recruitment career
