Care Assistant – Westward H0!

About the role

We are looking for a caring, compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our friendly team at our residential care home in Westward H0!

As a Care Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting our residents to live happy, comfortable and fulfilling lives. You’ll provide high-quality personal care and practical support while treating every resident with dignity, kindness and respect.

No two days are the same, and you’ll be part of a supportive team where your contribution really matters.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting residents with personal care and daily routinesHelping with meals, drinks and activitiesProviding companionship and emotional supportPromoting residents’ independence, dignity and choiceSupporting residents to enjoy social activities and community lifeFollowing care plans, safeguarding procedures and health and safety requirements

About you

Kind, patient and genuinely passionate about caring for othersReliable, responsible and able to work as part of a teamRespectful of residents’ individual needs and choicesA good communicator with a positive attitudeComfortable working in a busy residential care environment

Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as full training and support can be provided for the right candidate.
