Apprentice Technical Operator
Supporting the technical teams depending on the area in either: paint mix room or setting team in injection or material handling area
Following H&S requirements
Preparation of materials, equipment
Eliminates small technical problems
May relieve fellow team members for their breaks
Ensures reuse of grinding stock
Reports any malfunction and defects or hazards to superior forthwith
Change material supply according to the production plan
React to any material feed supply problems to ensure there is no production down time to material feed issues
The Raw material storage tent 5’s Standards are to be maintained by all material handlers
Training:
Training will be delivered by your employer and North Warwickshire & South Leicestershire College at the workplace. Block release delivery Monday - Friday every 6 week learning cycles.
Training Outcome:
An opportunity to develop within the business and progress to a Level 3 Engineering Manufacturing apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Rotating shift 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Thursday – shift 1. 10:30pm - 7:30am, Monday - Thursday. Or 3 shift pattern: 6.00am - 2.00pm, 2.00pm - 10.00pm and 10.00pm - 6.00am.
