Trade Counter Apprentice

Serving customers with products, talking to suppliers Dealing with customer sales at the trade counter Answering the phones to customers Communicating with internal and external customers Dealing with stock control and dispatch Taking delivery of goods involves basic administration Learning and gaining knowledge of products Processing customer orders Liaising with suppliers and manufacturers Setting up of pedal bikes/electric bikes (Ready for the road) being part of your role (Training given) Make up number plates and mix paint. General cleanliness and maintenance of stores Any duties as required by your supervisor/manager

Training:
Trade Supplier Level 2 qualification Functional skills in maths and English if required 20% off the job training (minimum 6 hours weekly) End Point Assessment (EPA)

Training Outcome:
Possible employment with the company for the right candidate Progression routes to further industry training

Working Hours :
Monday - Saturday, 8.30am - 5.30pm. Day off in the week if working a Saturday. Every other Sunday 1.00am-1.00pm. Must be flexible. 40 hours per week. 1-hour lunch break. £9.00 per hour
