Business Administrator Apprentice
Reception Duties, welcome customers, visitors, and issue with Passes
Preparing course lunch and refreshments for courses
Dealing with telephone calls and directing them to the relevant members of staff
Set up Laptops and Invigilation for online assessments and City & Guilds exams
Prepare rooms for courses/meetings and make sure they are adequately resourced and maintained during the day
Preparing Apprentice & Course Delegate information packs · Copying, Printing, Binding, and scanning
To prepare all paperwork for courses, i.e. course handouts and information packs.
Filing
Binding and laminating of course and college material when required.
Updating & Filing Student Records
Supporting Tutors and Training Officers with admin requests
Collecting Registers each morning
Take Credit Card Payments for Student Stationary or Exam Resits
Issue delegates attending courses name badges on arrival
Preparing literature for school events and attending school events with Recruitment Manager
Assisting Recruitment Manager with the recruitment process ·
Support Directors with social media and content creation
Training:
The apprentice will have an assigned Educator from Heart of England Training
Training Outcome:
It is hoped but not guaranteed that after this apprenticeship a full offer of employment will be given
