Business Administrator apprenticeship

Provide administrative support to Project Managers across multiple projects Coordinate and monitor project tasks, activities, and timelines Prepare, organise, maintain, and update project documentation and records  Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and distributing minutes where required Arrange stock deliveries, transport, and logistics to project sites  Track project expenses and assist with budget monitoring Raise purchase orders (POs), process invoices, and maintain accurate financial records Assist in preparation of payment applications and proactively follow up on outstanding payments Compile and prepare documentation requested by Project Managers and customers Assist with the preparation and submission of client quotations and proposals Create and maintain project progress reports and status updates Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to support project delivery Ensure project information is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible Support continuous improvement of project administration processes and procedures  

Training:

Business Administrator Level 3.

Your apprenticeship training will be carried out in the workplace. You will be allocated a work-based tutor from Hopwood Hall College who carry out regular visits and support you through your apprenticeship.



Training Outcome:

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project administration and develop the skills required to progress into Project Coordinator or Project Manager positions in the future.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a 45-minute lunch break.
