Maintenance engineer apprenticeship

Conducting daily inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues Performing routine repairs on electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems Ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and in excellent condition Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff Assisting in preventative maintenance tasks to minimise breakdowns Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work and safety checks Complying with health and safety regulations to ensure a secure environment for guests and colleagues

Training

You will be required to attend college once a week Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative Behaviour, Skills and Knowledge

Training:

The training will take place at City of Westminster College at the Paddington campus.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, except for one day in college during term-time shifts, may work evenings and weekends.
