Apprentice Business Administrator

Duties will include, but will not be limited to:

Customer contact -  Answering phone calls, responding to emails, checking in with customers and helping resolve queries or issues. Admin & record keeping - Keeping customer notes up to date, organising electronic and paper documents, updating hotlists and ensuring information is accurate. Team communication - Liaising with account managers, production teams, delivery drivers and the Service Manager to help resolve customer issues and support daily operations. Problem solving - Helping handle complaints professionally, identifying potential issues early and working with colleagues to find solutions. Project support - Assisting with garment orders & contract renewals.

Training:
The apprentice will work towards their Apprenticeship Standard in Level 3 Business Administrator. The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated assessor who will provide support and guidance throughout the course. This is a month release programme, which means you will attend Lincoln College, once a month, term-time only. This will fall within your contracted working hours.

Training Outcome:
Potential to progress to Regional Account Manager.

Working Hours :
Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4.30pm. Friday, 8.00am to 3.00pm.
