Early Years Educator Apprentice

Support children's early learning, development, and play activities Assist with daily care routines, including meal times, hygiene, and personal care Help plan and set up engaging, stimulating indoor and outdoor play spaces Build warm, positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Assist room leaders with key person duties and basic child observation records Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment following nursery policies Participate in team activities and follow safeguarding procedures at all times

Training:

Training takes place entirely on-site at Zubis Nursery during your normal working hours. You will receive a structured blend of practical, hands-on workplace learning and dedicated study time, with no college travel required.

Training Outcome:

Upon qualifying as a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you can progress into roles such as Qualified Nursery Practitioner, Key Person, Room Leader, Deputy Manager, and Nursery Manager. We support ongoing professional development and higher-level leadership training.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, working 40 hours per week on rotational shifts between 8.00am and 6.00pm.
