My client is looking for an ambitious Senior Restaurant Manager to join a high-performing hospitality operation in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong operator who thrives in a fine dining or high-volume environment and is looking for genuine career progression. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operation, lead a talented team and ensure exceptional standards across service and guest experience.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily restaurant operations and deliver consistently high service standardsManage, motivate and develop a high-performing FOH teamOversee rotas, labour budgets and operational performanceDrive covers, revenue and commercial opportunitiesLead training, briefings, recruitment and performance managementBuild strong guest relationships and respond proactively to feedbackEnsure the highest standards of Health & Safety, food safety, licensing and allergen managementWork closely with the General Manager to improve and develop the operationKeep ahead of F&B trends and introduce new ideas

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant ManagerBackground in fine dining, high-volume restaurants or luxury hotelsStrong operational and people leadership experienceExcellent understanding of service and guest experienceCommercially aware with experience managing budgets and labourConfident, hands-on and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentPassionate about hospitality and developing teams
