They are seeking a friendly, organised, and guest-focused individual who enjoys being the first point of contact and creating a warm and positive experience for guests. As Receptionist, you will support the day-to-day Front Office operation, manage check-ins and check-outs, handle guest enquiries and reservations, and work closely with the wider hotel team to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of hotel systems, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a positive, proactive approach. This is a great opportunity for an Receptionist to join a friendly and supportive hospitality environment.
