We are recruiting for a luxury resort in Turks & Caicos seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead key guest-facing departments and play an important role in the overall resort operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to progress into senior resort leadership, with the successful candidate stepping into the Resort Manager role during days off and vacation periods.

The Role

Oversee Front Office, Concierge, Butler Team, Tour Desk, Spa and WatersportsTake overall responsibility for the guest arrival and departure experienceDirectly manage the Front Office and Concierge teamsOversee the Watersports Manager and Spa Manager, who report directly into the roleEnsure consistently high standards of guest service and operational excellenceBe hands-on in the daily operation, taking ownership of issues and making confident decisionsStep into the Resort Manager role when required, gaining valuable exposure to broader resort operations

The Ideal Candidate

Strong OPERA proficiency – essentialExcellent Front Office and Concierge/Reservations experiencePrevious Rooms Division experience highly advantageousProven experience leading diverse, multicultural teamsStrong operational and organizational skillsHands-on management style with a willingness to be involved in the day-to-day operationExcellent guest relations and communication skillsStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesConfident and capable of stepping into a broader Resort Manager roleCaribbean hospitality experience strongly preferredProactive, decisive and operationally strong, with the ability to work independently
