About the RoleYou'll play an important role in providing consistent care, encouragement and support to young people.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building positive relationships with young people
Providing emotional and practical support
Supporting daily routines
Encouraging independence and life skills
Supporting education, activities and appointments
Helping young people achieve their individual goals
Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment
Completing care records and reports
Working closely with colleagues and other professionals
Undertaking sleep-in duties
