An exciting opportunity to open and lead this gorgeous restaurant in Baku – high volume and fast paced premium dining restaurant!

This is far from a conventional GM role, you will be responsible for building the team, culture and operation from the ground up — while owning the full P&L and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

We are looking for:

Proven GM / senior operator experience in ultra-premium, high-volume restaurantsInternational pre-opening experience is essentialStrong commercial and P&L expertiseCharismatic, hands-on, floor-led leadership styleProven ability to build high-performing teams from scratchStrong understanding of premium F&B and multi-revenue operationsEstablished network within Dubai’s F&B sceneInternational exposure across Australia, South Africa, New Zealand or the UK is highly valuedBeneficial if you speak Russian or Turkish language
