We’re looking for an experienced and energetic Assistant General Manager to join an exciting brand-new venue combining events, a restaurant and cinema all under one roof. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being at the heart of the action and wants to be part of a new opening, helping shape the operation from day one.

The Role As AGM, you’ll be a key part of the leadership team, taking ownership of the day-to-day running of the venue and ensuring everything operates smoothly across the different areas of the business.

You’ll be responsible for:

Overseeing the daily operation across the restaurant, events and cinemaLeading, motivating and developing a team of 20+Supporting the General Manager with the overall running of the venueHaving a strong understanding of P&L, budgets and commercial performanceDriving excellent standards across service, operations and guest experienceManaging rotas, staffing and day-to-day operational requirementsWorking closely with different departments to ensure a seamless guest experienceGetting involved in the opening and helping establish strong operational processes from the start

About You:

Bubbly, outgoing and full of personality Previous experience as a GM, AGM, Deputy GM or senior operations manager Strong experience managing teams of 20+Good P&L and commercial knowledgeA background within hospitality, events, restaurants or a similar fast-paced environmentNew opening experience would be highly beneficialExcellent leadership and people-management skillsA confident, energetic and hands-on approachThe personality to thrive in a busy, high-energy venue
