Our client is a full-service law firm, and they are looking for an NQ-2 PQE solicitor to join a highly regarded Commercial team with broad-ranging experience.

The team acts across a wide range of sectors.

They are offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer who is looking to take the next step in their career.

Duties:

? Supporting the team on large-scale commercial contracts, and projects and handling your own caseload with appropriate supervision.


? Support the other teams with due diligence and ancillary-related commercial, IT and IP arrangements.


? Get involved with a range of high-quality transactions working with household name clients from the private and public sectors
? Networking with and contributing to practice development in Wales.


The ideal candidate will have:

? Have done post-qualification training in general commercial work
? Experience in dealing with contracts for goods and services, manufacturing, distribution, franchising, and agency arrangements
? Strong technical competence
? Commercial awareness
? Strong drafting skills
? Excellent IT skills


Desirable:

? Experience (an interest in) IP, technology, data protection, and public procurement
