Training:

Day release - Cornwall College St Austell.



Training Outcome:

Successful apprentice could be offered a full-time position after 1 year if suitable. From being a negotiator, you can progress to either a lettings or sales manager. Both have an increase in responsibility, as you will be advising clients on the price of their property. Both come with an increase potential on the bonus scheme and increase on basic wage.

From there you can progress to office manager, overseeing the whole business and ensuring every opportunity is maximised. Managing the team, setting tasks, goals and monitoring productivity.



Employer Description:

We are a sales and lettings business. Meaning we look to gain clients who wish to sell or let their property. Once a property is on the market with us, we look to ensure we find a buyer or tenant in the best possible position. Taking clients out to view properties, matching their criteria to what the property offers. In the case of a sale, we will negotiate the best price and then continue to work with solicitors, mortgage advisors and surveyors to ensure the property exchanges. Communication is key, feedback and updates to all parties is paramount. Building relationships with all parties to gain repeat business. With Lettings, ensuring a property once let is looked after by the tenant and any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly, again keeping both the landlord and tenant informed. Ensure that all legal requirements are carried out including Anti Money Laundering and other regulatory factors. Produce letting agreements, letting brochures, sales brochures and other literature that would benefit the company.



Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm. Saturday, 9.00am - 12 midday, with possible appointments after midday. Apprentice will not be expected to work Saturdays at the start. All Saturdays are on a rota basis, to be discussed later when they have more experience.
