The Role

Welcome and assist VIP guests throughout their journey.Deliver a personalised, luxury guest experience at every touchpoint.Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and lounge experiences.Support premium food & beverage service and maintain presentation standards.Handle guest requests with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

Previous experience in hospitality, luxury retail, hotels, aviation, or premium customer service.Friendly, well-presented, and guest-focused with a passion for luxury service.Excellent communication and organisational skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.Fluent Bulgarian and English are essential; additional languages are an advantage.
