Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 6 months’ experience within the social care sector (supporting adults, children, or both).
Certifications: Valid Enhanced DBS Certificate covering both Adult and Child workforce (or registered on the Update Service).
Attributes: Strong communication skills, a highly professional attitude, and a passionate, engaging approach to care delivery.
