Workshop Joiner/Cabinet Maker

Are you an experienced workshop joiner or cabinet maker who takes real pride in producing high-quality bespoke work?

We are a well-established specialist joinery manufacturer looking for an experienced joiner to join our workshop team in Monikie.

You’ll work on a varied range of bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and commercial shopfitting projects, manufacturing and assembling high-quality pieces from drawings and specifications.

This is primarily a workshop-based role, with occasional installation work when required.


You’ll be joining a friendly, skilled team where quality matters and people are trusted to get on with their work. The workshop offers a varied workload, interesting bespoke projects and the opportunity to work on quality pieces rather than repetitive mass-produced products.

The role

You will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling bespoke joinery products to a high standard.

Your work will include:

Manufacturing and assembling bespoke kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and other joineryWorking from technical drawings, plans and specificationsUsing workshop machinery and hand toolsEnsuring finished products are accurate and completed to a high standardOccasionally assisting with fitting and installation workWorking with the wider workshop team to meet production deadlinesKeeping your work area clean and safe


What we’re looking for

You will need:

Previous experience producing bespoke joinery, cabinetry or similar productsExperience assembling and building high-quality unitsThe ability to work accurately from drawingsGood attention to detail and pride in your workmanshipThe ability to work independently as well as part of a teamA full UK driving licence

 

Experience using CNC machinery, beam saws or edge banders would be useful, although training can be provided.

Previous fitting or installation experience would also be an advantage.
