The Role:

Are you a creative and commercially minded Marketing Executive with a passion for food, hospitality and great restaurant brands? We’re looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join an exciting hospitality business, supporting a few restaurant brands across Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and wants to take ownership of 360° marketing, from social media and content through to campaigns, events and brand activity. Working closely with the COO, you’ll be responsible for driving the marketing activity across several restaurant brands, ensuring each brand has a strong presence both online and offline.

You’ll be involved in:

Managing and growing all social media channelsCreating engaging content and developing social media strategiesPlanning and delivering 360° marketing campaignsSupporting restaurant launches, promotions and eventsDeveloping marketing plans across multiple brandsWorking closely with the food and operations teams to bring campaigns to lifeCreating and coordinating content, including food-led campaignsMonitoring performance and producing regular marketing reportsAnalysing campaign and social media performance and making recommendationsSupporting brand development and ensuring consistency across all channels

Ideal candidate:

Strong hospitality/restaurant marketing experienceA genuine passion for food and restaurant brandsExcellent social media and content creation skillsA good understanding of 360° marketingStrong organisational and project management skillsThe confidence to work closely with senior stakeholdersA hands-on approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
