We’re partnering with a luxury hotel looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the property’s engineering, facilities, and preventative maintenance operations.

About You

5+ years of maintenance or engineering experience, ideally within a hotel.Previous leadership or supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and building systems.Experience with preventative maintenance and work order programs.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Comfortable managing vendors, contractors, budgets, and repairs.Flexible to work evenings and weekends when needed.

What You’ll Do

Oversee day-to-day maintenance and engineering across the property.Manage preventative maintenance schedules and repairs.Coordinate with hotel teams to minimize disruption to guests.Manage contractors, vendors, and maintenance budgets.Monitor equipment performance, costs, and work orders.Maintain compliance with safety, fire, and building regulations.Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
