The Role:

Lead the business through its refurbishment, reopening and continued growthRecruit, train and inspire a high-performing front and back-of-house teamDevelop multiple revenue streams across food, drink, accommodation and eventsTake full ownership of sales, labour, stock control, budgets and profitabilityBuild strong relationships with the local community and surrounding businessesDeliver exceptional standards while maintaining the warmth and personality of a great country pubCreate memorable experiences for local guests, destination diners and overnight visitors

About You:

An experienced General Manager from a quality pub, restaurant, hotel or destination venueCommercially astute, with strong P&L and cost-control experienceConfident managing a busy, multifaceted hospitality operationExperienced in building teams and embedding standards during periods of changeA natural host who enjoys being visible, engaging with guests and driving the atmosphereExcited by the opportunity to shape a growing business and take a successful site to the next level
