About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Stores Person to join a well-established business based in Cradley Heath, Birmingham. This is a hands-on, physically active role that combines general warehouse and stores duties with approximately 1-2 hours of forklift truck operation each day.

The successful candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Whilst previous experience is beneficial, it is not essential as attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

✅ Key Responsibilities

Carrying out general stores and warehouse dutiesOperating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficientlyLoading, unloading, and moving stock around the warehousePicking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatchReceiving and checking incoming deliveriesMaintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environmentFollowing all health and safety procedures at all timesAssisting with manual handling tasks, including lifting items up to 20kg

️ What We're Looking For

Valid RTITB Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence (essential)Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual handling dutiesGood level of spoken and written EnglishFriendly, positive, and reliable attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious warehouse or stores experience is advantageous but not essential

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm / Friday: 7:00am - 12:00pm finish
