Level 3 Office Administrator Apprentice
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office Administrator apprentice to support our Sales, Lettings and Property Management teams, while gaining experience across all areas of a busy estate agency.
Key Responsibilities:
General Administration
Answering calls, emails and greeting clients. General filing, scanning and document preparation. Updating and maintaining accurate CRM records. Managing keys, post, stationery and general office organisation. Providing administrative support to the wider team.
Lettings Administration:
Property Management:
Sales Administration:
Marketing:
Preparing and scheduling social media content. Assisting with property and company marketing. Preparing the company's monthly email newsletter. Creating and sending email marketing campaigns. Maintaining marketing databases and mailing lists. Assisting with leaflets, brochures and other marketing materials.Training:
Apprentices will be required to attend college at least x1 day per week either at Uxbridge, Harrow or Hayes Campus, completing necessary mandatory training and units associated with the apprenticeship.
The apprentice will be required to complete:
Work towards gaining a full qualification. Employment Rights and Responsibilities. Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours. Standard and End Point Assessment. Functional Skills in English, Maths, and ICT (if required). Other training will be provided by the employer as required to enable the fulfilment of the job role.Training Outcome:
Attaining a Level 3 Business Admin qualification.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm and a 40-minute unpaid lunch.
