We're partnered with a rapidly growing Facilities Management organization looking for a senior leader to oversee FM operations across their expanding K-12 portfolio of 30+ sites.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who can operate strategically while staying close to the business. You'll lead a team of 10 direct reports, drive operational excellence, strengthen client relationships, and help shape the continued growth of the division.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing strategic leadership across a large K-12 Facilities Management portfolioLeading, coaching, and developing a team of 10 direct reports and broader operational teamsDriving operational performance, safety, quality, and financial resultsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with senior client stakeholdersDeveloping strategies that support growth, retention, and long-term client partnershipsIdentifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service deliverySupporting new business growth and expansion across the portfolioDeveloping succession plans and building a strong leadership pipelineUsing data and performance metrics to drive decision-making and accountabilityPartnering with senior leadership to execute broader business strategies

What We're Looking For

10+ years of senior Facilities Management or related operational leadership experienceProven experience leading large, multi-site or geographically dispersed operationsStrong understanding of Integrated Facilities Management and technical servicesMUST have experience managing multi-unit across multi-states.Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and large-scale contractsStrong track record of driving growth, operational improvement, and client retentionLives within a commutable distance to an airport and can travel 50%.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
