This regional practice has four offices across the North West and due to continued success, they have further plans for growth.

They are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to work autonomously within their award-winning team on a variety of matters to include:
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and Tenant Matters
• Commercial Leases
• Options agreements
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on high quality work in a thriving team.

There is clear scope to progression and agile homeworking available.
Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a PQE of around 4 or more are encouraged to apply.
