Commercial and Admin Support Assistant £15.66 per hour umbrella Stratford, London 7 Month Contract Initially Our client is an international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities and are looking for a Commercial and Admin Support Assistant to add value by providing high quality logistical, admin and event related support.Responsibilities:

To provide commercial, analytical and logistical support across the distribution team to ensure the commercial manager, sector leads, account managers and business pursuit roles fulfil their roles effectively
To use, monitor and maintain appropriate knowledge management, CRM systems, web pages to keep data accurate and up to date and provide logistical support with awarding body related events such as meetings and conferences
As the team is professionalizing its account management function and become more commercially focused, this role will play a clear role in adding value
This role needs to be able to have quick and easy access to both internal and external data for analysis
Analyse data and provide the relevant colleagues with the information they need to enable them to respond to opportunities when they arise and or make decisions
The current support roles are involved in providing various types of operational support, which once handed over to other teams will free up time for colleagues to focus more on the commercial side of the business
This role will play a key role in helping bring to life the new structure and make it work in order to deliver the new operating model principles
This role will play a key part in supporting financial processes such as invoicing and payment collection are completed in a timely and accurate fashion, thus contributing to the financial success of the team
The role will support the communications strategy of the team and help ensure the team’s profile is maintained and enhanced both internally externally with Awarding Body clients and other partners.

Good organisational and planning skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Demonstrable experience of providing high quality logistical, admin and event related support
Demonstrable experience of gathering and collating data to support business decision and account management functions
Demonstrable evidence of using digital solutions to support and benefit the team
Demonstrable experience of communicating, working and supporting colleagues effectively with in a dispersed network
Demonstrable experience of introducing new ideas and approaches to creating a more professional and standardised working environment.
