Office Administration Apprentice

Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry Manage incoming and outgoing email correspondence Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Provide exceptional customer service to customers via telephone and email Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems Support sales order processing, ensuring customer orders are accurately entered and processed in a timely manner Assist with purchasing administration, including raising purchase orders Chasing suppliers for lead times and overdue deliveries, and supporting resolution of supply issues Organising logistics for incoming and outgoing goods, including coordinating deliveries and collections Support the sales team with travel arrangements, preparation of samples, literature, and quotations Assist with preparing documents and reports Support management where required with administrative and operational tasks Support other departmental functions where required

Training:
One day study per week

Training Outcome:
Could lead to a permanent position for the right person

Based in Newcastle-under-Lyme, we are a small, friendly team of around 30 employees. We pride ourselves on delivering reliable service, strong supplier relationships, and excellent support to our customers across the UK.



Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between 8am- 4pm (flexible on working hours).
