We're partnered with a Michelin restaurant in Miami Beach looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the operation and team.

This is a highly hospitality-driven environment where service, attention to detail, and guest experience are everything. We're looking for a polished, hands-on leader who understands the expectations of fine dining and can lead a team to consistently deliver at a high level.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading all day-to-day restaurant operationsLeading, coaching, and developing the FOH teamCreating a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellenceManaging staffing, scheduling, labour, and operational performanceBuilding strong relationships with guests and developing a loyal clienteleSupporting financial performance, cost controls, and overall profitability

What We're Looking For

MUST have previous fine dining restaurant management experienceMichelin experience is highly preferredLevel Two Sommelier Certification required;Previous General Manager or senior restaurant leadership experienceStrong understanding of elevated service and hospitality standardsProven ability to lead and develop high-performing teamsPolished, personable, and confident on the floorStrong operational and financial understanding
