I am currently recruiting on behalf of a leading golf brand for an experienced Food & Beverage Director to oversee the full F&B operation at a prestigious private golf property in Scottsdale.

The Role

The Food & Beverage Director will lead day-to-day F&B operations, ensuring an exceptional experience for members and guests while driving financial and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all food & beverage operations, including restaurant, bar and event functionsLead, coach and develop the F&B team, with a strong focus on service standardsManage budgets, P&L, labor, inventory and cost controlsDevelop and implement operational and financial plansBuild strong relationships with members, guests, vendors and internal teamsOversee private events and special functionsMonitor guest satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the overall F&B experienceEnsure compliance with health, safety and company standards

Ideal Candidate

3+ years of F&B management experience, preferably within a private club, golf club, resort or upscale hospitality environmentStrong leadership and team-development skillsProven experience with budgeting, P&L and cost controlExcellent communication and member/guest service skillsComfortable working in a high-volume, service-driven environmentStrong understanding of current food & beverage trends and operations
