An exciting opportunity to join an international luxury hospitality group as Food & Beverage Director, leading the F&B strategy and operations across a flagship resort in Albania.

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced hospitality professional who can combine commercial thinking with operational excellence, delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue, quality, and team performance.

The Role

Lead all food & beverage operations across restaurants, bars, and events spaces.Drive F&B strategy, service standards, and operational performance.Manage budgets, P&L, forecasting, and cost control.Lead, develop, and inspire the F&B management team.Oversee the delivery of premium guest experiences across all outlets.Implement new concepts, projects, and operational improvements.Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.

About You

Previous experience as an F&B Director or senior F&B leader within a luxury hotel or resort.Strong commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.Proven leadership experience across multiple F&B outlets.Passion for delivering high-quality guest experiences and operational excellence.Experience within international hospitality is highly desirable.Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
