We're recruiting an experienced General Manager to lead a busy Contract Catering operation in Leicestershire, supporting a major long-term project.

This is a fantastic Monday-to-Friday opportunity to take full ownership of a high-volume catering operation serving around 500 customers daily, with excellent stability and genuine career progression.

The Operation

Major long-term project.Around 500 customers daily.Team of 6-8 on site.Fresh breakfast and lunch service.Daily menus and Grab & Go.Themed food days and promotions.Client-facing environment with plenty of ownership.

The Role

Lead the day-to-day catering operation.Manage and develop the site team.Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.Manage budgets, labour and food costs.Drive sales, service and customer satisfaction.Deliver site engagement and food initiatives.

About You

General Manager or experienced Catering Manager.Contract Catering or B&I background.Strong financial and commercial awareness.Confident managing client relationships.Hands-on, organised and reliable.
